Maple-Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts {Recipe}

If I had to pick a favorite vegetable (which is a very hard task for me), Brussels sprouts would definitely be a top contender. When I’m away at school, where the little green sprouts are hard to come by, I straight up crave them. When I got home from school for winter break, my goal was to make the most perfect roasted Brussels sprouts that would fulfill all of my cravings. After a bit of trial and error, I finally came up with the perfect formula that will put all other Brussels sprouts to shame. Y’all. These are seriously unreal (I mean, just look at them!), and you’ll want to eat endless pans of them. I challenge you to not eat them all by yourself ;).
